The room is cool and cosy with comfortable beds. The location is enjoyable and super, 4 km from Milnerton Lagoon. And the area is pretty nice close enough to Stellenbosch.

Hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful The duty manager was extremely helpful in fixing the check in confusion ( after the first night ) and moved us into a better room in the non smoking section. His action was swift and very proffessional The hotel has an excellent massage service conviently located close to our room This service is equal if not better than those offered in specilised massage centers We rate it 10 out of 10 in terms of service and value for money. Hotel is strategically located within a 5 minute walk from the Canal Walk mall which makes shopping a pleasure. Hotel is highly recommended.

Upon check in I was moved into smoking section one bedroom suites although my booking is for strictly non smoking rooms ... In addition , the rooms were too far apart although I had asked at the time of booking for them to be close. ... They tried to correct the issue of the two suites being apart by moving us into a two bedroom suite but this was in the smoking section ... So our first night was a night mare with the person in the room next door smoking all night ( there was a connecting door between our suite and his room ! ) This was however fixed the following morning.

Perfect stylish modern hotel. A little bit outside from City Center (about 10 min drive with Car) but definetly worth it.

Great location, super close to Canal Walk and Waterfront, plus a shopping center nearby. Loved the room with a bathtub and balcony, and the bed was really comfy! 🛀

No hot water one morning at about 6 am - COLD shower!!! Guess that does not happen a lot?

Nice hotel with welcoming staffs and modern rooms in a very good location and near to a mall. Parking is free. Room is big and they have added extra bed for me for my child.

The location is perfect and convenient, with a mall, coffee shop, and gym nearby. the hotel is situated next to an upmarket business park and grocery shop. the staff is attentive and well-mannered, making me want to return here again.

i stayed for two nights (8th and 9th October 2012) and both nights there was a probem with the geyser and as a reult i had to have a cold shower. On enquiry at reception , i was told taht there was a problem with the Geyser and to try a bit later. No apology was offered or any notice that there was a problem. I was highly annoyed at the nonchalant attitude by the staff at the reception desk who werent aplogetic.
